An advanced workshop for Pilates professionals covering teaching techniques designed for groups, discovering new sequences, and understating how to build a balanced program using the Pilates Reformer and Jumpboard. Flows are designed to intelligently target the whole body while incorporating music to move and motivate. In addition to Jumpboard variations, this workshop infuses fitness and athletic conditioning sequences that will elevate your heart rate and burn calories. 8 Pilates Method Alliance Continuing Education Credits per day.
