ON DEMAND VIDEO TERMS + CONDITIONS

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in these videos, P+C On Demand, the participant acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

1. The risk of injury from activities involved in the program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist: and, I understand that participation in this program is at my own risk; and,

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3. I for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless Pilates and Coffee, LLC their contractors, officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("Releasees"), with respect to all and any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law; and,

4. I have been approved by my healthcare provider to participate in Pilates. I understand the information shared in this program is to serve as general information and not to take the place of medical advice. I agree to use good judgement; and, remove myself from participation if and when experiencing the first signs of pain, injury, or new or worsening symptoms; and in such case, consult with my healthcare provider; and,

5. I recognize that every exercise is not suitable for everybody; and, I agree to use my own judgement to take the exercise modifications that are appropriate for my ability, challenge level, and individual situation. In doing so, I take responsibility for my own experience and results with the advice of my healthcare provider.

6. I agree not to share video link(s) and/or password(s) and/or provide videos to others. Access is only granted to the individual who purchased the video.

By participating, you agree that you have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that you have given up substantial rights by complying, and accept it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
