P+C PHASE STUDIO REOPENING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

With the recent update from Illinois on the ability for fitness studios to open for group instruction starting June 26th, below are a list of policies and procedures that will be put into place. As Government / CDC information is fluid, policies and procedures outlined are subject to change. The health and wellbeing of our staff and clients are of the utmost importance to us. We vow to maintain up-to-date on all relevant information that will provide the safest environment possible.
Health Declaration Waiver
All clients and instructors will complete a Health Declaration to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have they come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms. In addition, if they do develop symptoms or come into contact with someone who has experienced symptoms - they will notify P+C immediately and any upcoming sessions will be postponed. Prior to your first visit, you will be sent Health Declaration Waiver for signature. One will also be made available for you at the studio.
Limited Studio Capacity
During the City of Chicago’s Phase 4 opening, we will be updating our studio capacity to a maximum of six (6) clients a two (2) instructors. Please note this maintains the recommenced six (6) feet of distance between any individual within the studio space.
Privates + Group Classes will be reduced by 5 minutes to 50 minutes to allow enough time in between for proper sanitation of equipment and change-over of clients.
Virtual private sessions, classes, and “P+C On Demand” will continue to be available.
Cleaning & Sanitation
Medical-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants which are designated as effective against the COVID-19 virus will be utilized.
Clients will be provided with cleaning products and single-use towels to clean equipment used during session to wipe down machine
Additionally, in between clients, staff will disinfect high-touch areas used during the session
Props and equipment will be brought to you by the teacher and sanitized between usage.
The studio will continue to go through consistent deep cleaning throughout the week
Clients will be provided with disinfectants and single-use paper towels to clean equipment used
A new air filtration device has been installed with a filter proven to help remove virus particles from the environment
Seating, Changing Areas + Café
During the Phase 4 period, the seating area, as well as changing room will be disabled; clients will need to come dressed and prepared for their session. Café seating is unavailable to both café customers, clients and P+C staff with “to-go” service only.
Updated Studio Etiquette
W.H.O. approved hand sanitizer use required upon entering
Instructors will wear facial coverings in the Studio at all times.
It is required by the city of Chicago that all clients wear facial coverings while at the studio during sessions.
No hands-on adjustments will occur at this time – all cueing and correctios will be communicated verbally.
With the seating and changing area temporarily disabled, clients are asked to limit personal belongings to essentials in the studio. These items can be placed in the cubbies.
Clients are asked to remain in their vehicle until the session time

Personal Equipment Package
Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase a package that includes reformer loops (2) and stickies. These high-touch items can be stored at the studio in individual bags, or brought in each session by the client.
