Our team is the fabric of P + C and we can't wait for you to meet them.

Jacquelyn Brennan

Co-founder + Teacher

A St. Louis native, Jacquelyn received a BS in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois and continued to pursue her passion in fitness by becoming a NASM and NSCA-CSCS certified trainer. In 2009, she became a Fletcher Pilates teacher and has assisted in teacher training as an adjunct Fletcher faculty member all while building a large, devoted clientele base. According to Jacquelyn, the most rewarding aspect of teaching Pilates is allowing people to move better in the body they have – to eliminate pain, strengthen weaknesses and improve performance.

Ryan Brennan

After multiple hip surgeries, Ryan discovered the health benefits of Pilates to maintain strength and balance. Over the years, his love for coffee has grown from a hobby to becoming a trained barista and self-taught coffee roaster.

Kristina Wolfe

Kristina wolfe

Kristina received her comprehensive Pilates certification from Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI) in 2009 after being introduced to Pilates in her twenties and falling in love with how the practice made her look and feel. Throughout her journey, she’s remained in tune with her body after experiencing child birth, injuries and all the other challenges that can be encountered with age. She credits Pilates as helping her maintain a sense of balance, flexibility and strength both physically and mentally. As an teacher, her goal is to help P+C clients achieve their individual goals and build upon them as they excel in their own practice.

Hailing from beautiful Munster, Indiana - Tania is a graduate of Indiana University and has been serving coffee (tea, etc.) for many years. When she’s not at P+C, Tania also works with our friends at Lululemon Southport and is studying improv. You can catch her performing at iO Chicago, The Second City and The Playground Theatre. She also has a passion for fitness (reason 64 why we love her) that inspires her to discover new ways to sweat weekly.

OLIVIA Obregon

Olivia completed her Balanced Body Certification while also finishing her BS in Marketing at Providence College. She was drawn to Pilates after years of dance, sports and the injuries that resulted with both and loves the intricacies of the practice and how it makes her feel.  After teaching in on the East Coast in Boston for a few years, she recently relocated to Chicago and is excited to start her Pilates career in the Midwest. Her goal is to empower clients through mindful movement.

Originally from the east coast, Melissa graduated from Georgetown University where she received a BA in Psychology and was a member of the Division I rowing team. During her college rowing experience, Melissa developed reoccurring injuries and was introduced to various forms of non-impactful movement that provided mental clarity and body awareness, which ignited a passion for exploring the mind-body connection . After teaching health and nutrition in a New Jersey High School for two years, Melissa moved to Chicago to get her Masters in Social Work at the University of Chicago. Shortly following graduation, Melissa began training to become a Pilates instructor and is certified in the Flex Method and is currently pursuing her comprehensive training at Pilates + Coffee. She aims to make movement fun and attainable for all of her clients!
